RETURN POLICY

If you have any questions about how to use our hair tools, we encourage you to call or email us before you purchase, as well as view our videos. The Edgestick is not eligible for a refund.

SHIPMENT POLICY
Each EdgeStick order is shipped with a tracking number that is sent to the purchaser at the time of shipment. Please retain the tracking number to monitor the progress of your package, and check it before making inquiries on the status of the package.

If for any reason, the package is returned as undeliverable (e.g. the incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the consumer for the shipping label, or the package is not retrieved from the shipping service (i.e. USPS, UPS FedEx, etc.) and is returned to FAHC Distr.), the purchaser will be required to pay an additional US$25 for reshipment, if being shipped within the U.S. Additional fees will apply for all orders re-shipped outside of the U.S.

Should the consumer decide not to have the styling tool reshipped, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed as well as all shipping/handling charges deducted before proceeds are reversed.


WARRANTY POLICY
The EdgeStick Team guarantees that each heated styling tool is fully functional.

Every EdgeStick is warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against any defects in workmanship or materials, if properly used and cared for. This unit has been quality inspected before shipping. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT . VALID FOR EDGESTICK PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM EBAY OR UNAUTHORIZED INTERNET SELLERS. Please keep your copy of the warranty and proof of purchase in a safe place.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to: shorts in the power supply cord or plug; damage due to misuse and/or abuse; using the wrong voltage supply or converters in countries outside of the U.S.; dropping; failing to property clean and care for the EdgeStick; failing to follow instructions and all safety precautions outlined; tampering such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party; water damage or damage due to submersion in any liquid, or use of any type of "oven cleaner".

LIMITS & EXCLUSIONS:
The distributor and manufacturer disclaim any responsibilities for damage caused to property or persons by the application, use, maintenance or storage of this product. The distributor and manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All expressed and implied warrantees, including the warrantees of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period set forth above. Distributor neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for the company any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this product. There are no other warrantees, expressed or implied, except as listed above.

REPAIRS & RETURNS:
Refunds will not be given. State law prohibits FAHC from accepting returns of this product except for defective units. Contact Customer Service to obtain an Authorization Number BEFORE returning any manufacturer's defective appliance. Then, simply ship the defective unit with the Return Authorization Number and a U.S. Cashier Check or Money Order for US$10 (inside the U.S.) or US$30 (outside the U.S.) per appliance for return postage and handling

NO RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE EDGESTICK WILL BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PROVIDED BY FAHC.

Our warranty covers free repair of any defective part which is due to faulty material or workmanship. A replacement unit of equal value will be made available in the event the original unit is not repairable.

Should Quality Control determine that the appliance is not working due to abuse, it will not be repaired and will be returned. PROOF OF PURCHASE (I.E. RECEIPT) IS REQUIRED.
